By accessing and using the services of Everything AI LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Everything AI LLC provides autonomous social media management, Video Engine Optimization (VEO), web development, and AI integration services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion.

3. Payment and Subscriptions

• All subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• Setup fees (where applicable) are non-refundable.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, but we do not provide refunds for partial months.

4. Content Ownership

Upon full payment, you retain ownership of the final delivered assets (videos, images, copy). Everything AI LLC retains the right to use non-confidential deliverables in our portfolio and marketing materials.

5. Limitation of Liability

Everything AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
